We stopped here unexpectedly as we had plans to stay in Cancun, but needed to stay near Merida unexpectedly for an appointment. We stopped by early around 9 am, we had traveled 18 hours the day before , then were up at 5 am to drive to another appointment that morning and were exhausted! They so kindly let us go to our room right away instead of waiting till check in time. The rooms are very basic, but clean and have everything you need. The hotel has a wonderful pool area and even a pool for the kids with bathrooms and outdoor showers. There is a restaurant to order from with a menu in room and the entry to the hotel is gated. Highly recommend.
